Spiders they creep me out, I know that they are acting and harmless junk but they creep me out with how they look, etc. However, I live in the NE part of Ohio, and when I went to the door open today the arch of my foot landed on top of this black spider, and it immediately started running all over the place to push my foot. I nearly wet myself i am so afraid of them. Anyway, the spider looked more like a mini tarantula. It was only a few inches in length and diameter, and also I do not know much except that it doesn't seem like it would make bars .... I think. Unfortunately I was out to get a better look freaked out. What was that and how do I get this f *** ERS.

1.pachitalk- I agree with the other answer. A wolf spider. They freak me also. They are relatively common. We had a couple of months as we live near the coast where we saw her every few weeks, and they liked our ground floor garage dug into a hill. Good luck-if you study it and learn everything you can possibly not even freak out badly quite so. It has helped me. I caught it in a jar and took it to a spider guy.

- it could be a wolf spider, they are a very dark brown, their bite can damage your skin, they are in dark places, they are not usually as aggressive, they love the forest and wood piles and dark areas. It is a sticky paper that you can buy only for catching spiders wears it walmart. If you have been to black widow spiders in Ohio, it could have a male, they are a little smaller than the females. Source (s): live in Oregon, we have wolf spiders, studied them, if they were in our farmhouse. Family lives in San Jose, CA she has taught me about black widows.
