1.Guest- arlettde I got my belly pierced about 4 months and they told me to use salt water to clean it. They pressed around the piercing clean water and rub salt in the stomach and move it around. You must do this as three times a day, but it keeps them clean. If you just dont go swimming for the piercing a few months. That's what I was told. Keep all chemicals out of reach for him.
