• arlettde I know, State Farm assured me, when I was 16. They also offer a range of discounts for good grades, etc. and I do drive program with him, and fill a book! It's called the Clear program Steer. Kept my prices down! Hope this helps!

• My mother took me to their State Farm policy, you can in two steps, every 6 months (cheaper that way than paying all at once) to pay.
  
  We had AAA for a year, but changed because of how they work, is ludicrous. With them, if you have two cars, you can not with your name on both cars as the primary driver, so they tried to charge my mother twice as much because they were forced to have me as a primary on the second car when I only there for shopping and college, she uses it. You have to be paid annually, which for us was about $ 1,500 per year, all at once. For us, the paying too much at once, with State Farm, we pay about $ 600 every 6 months .... Prices vary by region.
  
  You can get cheaper insurance if you are a multiple car policy, have good grades in school (3.0 GPa or higher and/or full time student), good driver (no tickets or accidents in some time), etc.
