I moved into a house. Do you have a Whirlpool dryer with 4 pins. I had it working last month. But the dryer is no sound when I plug it in. There is power there is, it was tested. I removed the cover of the plug and there is no copper wire at all. Only red, white and black. If the copper wire to make a difference, why does not my dryer?
