Hiya,
I painted over a pale wall color with very dark, and it went well and was well covareg.
However, in a clearly visible spot, the paint is still dark, as it does not dry out - but it is dry.
I have over them a few times and it is painted the same.
Why is it, and how can I fix it?

1.Guest- arlettde use a primer first, when dry repaint always works for me is my suggestion, actually pay a professional to do what they do instead of people as easily as we try to do projects at home on the weekend and end up doing one shitty job
