I needed water on my dress that I have to dry instantly, so I have it on the floor and wiped it with my hairdryer. It dries in seconds, but it seems to melt under the rug burn resolved/so now it's really hard.
any idea what may fix this problem? bc hopefully the landlord will not notice and remove it from the security deposit or something. I'm desperate. HELP!
